“When I first laid eyes on The Robins Nest in Grimesland NC, just outside of Greenville, I knew I was in love. Robin’s home that she graciously rents as an event venue is pretty much a dream come true to photograph.
She and her husband collected unique and historic house parts for around 10 years in preparation for building their own ‘old’ home in 1997. They designed and constructed their house around all the beautiful antique and salvaged trimmings, doors, transoms, windows, vanity’s, cabinets, floors, you name it! When you walk into their home it feels as though it has been there since the 1900’s.”
